Prepaid block of 4, 8, or 12 guided training sessions combining in-person and independent workouts. Work one-on-one with Dr. Droll at Lipscomb University’s private Strength & Conditioning Lab while following customized programs between sessions. Each in-person session includes real-time coaching, progress tracking, and program adjustments based on your performance. Independent workouts are assigned weekly and reviewed at each session.
