Group Training Blocks

Prepaid block of 4, 8, or 12 in-person group training sessions (2–4 participants) billed to one individual. Train with Dr. Droll at Lipscomb University’s private Strength & Conditioning Lab in a small-group setting designed for shared goals and individualized attention. Each session is fully guided with real-time coaching, progress tracking, and tailored programming for strength, performance, or body composition.

  • 4 Sessions – Add nutrition coaching for $50

  • 8 Sessions – Includes nutrition coaching

  • 12 Sessions – Includes nutrition coaching and priority scheduling

Sessions must be completed within the same calendar month. No carry-over or refunds.
